At Hunua Falls Camp, away from the distractions of modern life, you’re free to focus on your faith and strengthen your commitment to each other. It’s also a great opportunity to have fun together, learn important life-skills and reconnect with nature in a supportive family environment.

All Faiths Are Welcome
Hunua Falls Camp is owned and operated as a not-for-profit venture by the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand. The camp exists to help enrich the lives of all, through shared experiences in a healthy outdoor environment. Whatever your faith, you are welcome to celebrate your beliefs at Hunua Falls.
Exclusive Use Of The Property
Your booking includes sole use of the entire property, including the onsite woods and walks. This helps to create a friendly ‘home away from home’ environment, so everyone can relax and enjoy each other’s company.
Space For Meetings And Worship
The large heated hall and dining area and separate 100-seat chapel allow everyone to gather for meetings, guest speakers or times of worship. Both the hall and the chapel are known for having excellent acoustics. With folding tables and stacking furniture, these spaces are easily adapted to suit your needs. There’s also a meeting area with a kitchenette and sufficient space to seat about 30 children. This area can be easily divided into two separate spaces, if required.
Plenty Of Activities And Experiences To Share
Shared experiences help to bring people together. At Hunua Falls Camp, you can choose to prepare your own meals in the commercial-style kitchen, or hire your own caterers. It’s up to you. Similarly, while you’re free to make the most of the camp’s adventure equipment, walks and nearby attractions, you’re also welcome to hire a professional adventure operator, if you’d like, in order to extend your onsite activity programme.
